The protective insert installed and works as described. Protects the spendy/cheaply made jewelry, even witj my kids throwing her bag down to rush to the field. It also cuts down on the sound, you cant hear the jewelry in there the lion latch with it installed.

Works exactly as described. My daughter hasnt lost any earrings since using her lion latch and she notices it on her duffle bag before every practice and game… I havent had to remind her to use it :)

I love lion latches and was expecting the yellow/green color pictured but in person it is just lime green. I ordered the lemon line color

ETA lighting matters. In some lighting its lime, in some its neon yellow and in sunlight its just like the picture!
